The ATTINY84A-MMH is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It integrates 8KB of in-system self-programmable flash memory, 512 bytes of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The device operates from a 1.8V to 5.5V supply and supports clock speeds up to 20MHz, with an internal calibrated oscillator option.
On-chip peripherals include a 10-bit ADC with eight single-ended channels, an 8-bit and a 16-bit timer/counter with PWM channels, a universal serial interface (USI), an analog comparator, a watchdog timer, brown-out detection, and an on-chip temperature sensor. Twelve programmable I/O lines provide flexible connectivity.
The ATTINY84A-MMH is supplied in a 20-VQFN package measuring 3x3mm with an exposed pad and is intended for surface-mount assembly. It is specified for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, supporting use in embedded control, sensor, and low-power applications.
