The Microchip Technology ATTINY44A-MU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller. It is based on an advanced RISC architecture, executing most instructions in a single clock cycle, allowing for efficient power consumption versus processing speed.
This microcontroller offers 4KB of in-system, self-programmable Flash program memory with an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles. It also includes 256 bytes of internal SRAM and 256 bytes of EEPROM with an endurance of 100,000 write/erase cycles. The device operates over a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and supports speeds up to 20MHz.
Peripheral features include one 8-bit and one 16-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels each, a 10-bit ADC with 8 single-ended channels, a programmable watchdog timer, an on-chip analog comparator, and a universal serial interface (USI). It also features an internal calibrated oscillator and an on-chip temperature sensor.
The ATTINY44A-MU is available in a 20-pin QFN-EP (4x4) package, suitable for surface mounting. It operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
