The ATTINY441-MMH is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology, part of the ATtiny441 series. It features a high-performance RISC architecture with 120 instructions, most executed in a single clock cycle. The device offers 4KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 256B SRAM, and 256B EEPROM.
It operates at clock speeds up to 16 MHz, delivering up to 16 MIPS throughput. The supply voltage range is 1.7V to 5.5V. It includes 12 programmable I/O lines, an internal calibrated oscillator, and peripherals such as two USARTs, SPI, I2C, a 10-bit ADC with 12 external channels, two analog comparators, and three timer/counters with PWM. Power consumption is low: 0.2 mA active at 1.8V/1MHz, 30 µA idle, and 150 nA in power-down mode.
The device is housed in a 20-VQFN (3x3 mm) package with an exposed pad for thermal management, surface mount. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Data retention is 20 years at 85°C and 100 years at 25°C.
Suitable for embedded control applications requiring low power and small footprint, such as sensor interfaces, industrial control, and consumer electronics. The rich peripheral set and low power modes make it ideal for battery-powered devices.
