The Microchip ATtiny4313-MMH is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller based on the advanced RISC architecture. Most of the 120 instructions execute in a single clock cycle, and the device achieves up to 20 MIPS throughput at 20 MHz. It provides 4 KB of in-system self-programmable Flash, 256 bytes of SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM.

 

The MCU includes one 8-bit and one 16-bit timer/counter, four PWM channels, a full-duplex USART, a Universal Serial Interface (USI), an analog comparator, and a programmable watchdog timer. It supports debugWIRE on-chip debugging and in-system programming via the SPI port.

 

The device operates from 1.8V to 5.5V with speed grades of 4 MHz at 1.8-5.5V, 10 MHz at 2.7-5.5V, and 20 MHz at 4.5-5.5V. Typical current consumption is 190 µA in active mode, 24 µA in idle mode at 1.8V/1MHz, and 0.1 µA in power-down mode at 25°C.

 

The MCU is offered in a 20-VFQFN exposed pad package (20-VQFN 3x3 mm) with 18 programmable I/O lines. It is intended for surface-mount assembly and supports an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
