The ATTINY3217-MNR is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology, part of the tinyAVR 1-series. It operates at clock speeds up to 20 MHz and integrates 32 KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory, 2 KB of SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM. The device includes a 10-bit ADC with 24 channels, an 8-bit DAC with 3 channels, and multiple serial interfaces including I2C, SPI, and USART.
The microcontroller supports a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. On-chip peripherals include brown-out detect/reset, power-on reset, PWM, and watchdog timer. It also features connectivity for IrDA and LINbus alongside a 22-pin general-purpose I/O set.
