The Atmel ATTINY26L-8MU is a high-performance, low-power AVR 8-bit microcontroller based on a RISC architecture. It executes powerful instructions, with most completing in a single clock cycle, achieving up to 16 MIPS throughput at 16 MHz.
This microcontroller includes 2KB of in-system programmable Flash memory with an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles, and 128 Bytes of in-system programmable EEPROM with an endurance of 100,000 write/erase cycles. It also features 128 Bytes of internal SRAM.
Peripheral features include an 8-bit timer/counter, an 8-bit high-speed timer, two PWM outputs, a Universal Serial Interface, and a 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with multiple channel configurations. It also has an on-chip analog comparator and supports external and pin change interrupts.
Available in 20-lead PDIP/SOIC and 32-lead QFN/MLF packages, the ATtiny26L operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and supports speed grades from 0 to 8 MHz. Its low power consumption modes make it suitable for various embedded applications.
