This microcontroller includes 2KB of in-system self-programmable Flash program memory with 10,000 write/erase cycles endurance, 128 bytes of in-system programmable EEPROM, and 128 bytes of internal SRAM. Peripheral features include a 10-bit ADC with 11 single-ended channels and 16 differential channel pairs, a universal serial interface (USI), programmable watchdog timer, brown-out detection, power-on reset, and an on-chip temperature sensor. It supports up to 16 programmable I/O lines.

 

The device operates over a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is available in a surface-mount 20-TSSOP package and supports four sleep modes for low-power operation.
