This microcontroller includes 2KB of in-system programmable Flash memory with an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles, 128 Bytes of EEPROM with 100,000 write/erase cycles, and 128 Bytes of internal SRAM. Peripheral features include an 8-bit timer/counter, an 8-bit high-speed timer with PWM outputs, a Universal Serial Interface, and a 10-bit ADC with multiple channel options.

 

It supports operating voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V for the ATtiny26L variant and 4.5V to 5.5V for the ATtiny26. Speed grades range from 0-8 MHz for the ATtiny26L and 0-16 MHz for the ATtiny26. Low power modes such as Idle, Noise Reduction, and Power-down are integrated to minimize consumption.
