ATTINY24-15MZ

The ATTINY24-15MZ from Microchip Technology is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller. It offers 2KB of in-system programmable Flash memory with an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles, and 128 bytes of EEPROM with 100,000 write/erase cycles. The device includes 128 bytes of internal SRAM.

This microcontroller operates over a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can achieve speeds of up to 16MHz. It features a 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with eight single-ended channels and 12 differential pairs, two 8- and 16-bit Timer/Counters with PWM channels, and a Universal Serial Interface (USI). Peripherals include a programmable watchdog timer, on-chip analog comparator, and on-chip temperature sensor.

The ATTINY24-15MZ is supplied in a 20-QFN-EP (4x4) package for surface mounting. It has 12 programmable I/O lines and supports an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device is designed for applications requiring efficient processing and low power consumption, with modes including Idle, ADC Noise Reduction, Standby, and Power-Down.

Key features include its advanced RISC architecture, debugWIRE on-chip debug system, and in-system programmability via the SPI port. It also incorporates enhanced power-on reset and programmable brown-out detection circuits, along with an internal calibrated oscillator.
