The Microchip Technology ATTINY2313A-SU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller. It features an advanced RISC architecture with 120 powerful instructions, most executing in a single clock cycle, providing up to 20 MIPS throughput at 20 MHz.
This microcontroller includes 2KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory with an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles, and 128 bytes of in-system programmable EEPROM with an endurance of 100,000 write/erase cycles.
