ATTINY2313A-PU

The ATtiny2313A is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features 2KB of Flash program memory (10,000 write/erase cycles), 128B SRAM, and 128B EEPROM (100,000 write/erase cycles). The device offers 18 programmable I/O lines, a full-duplex USART, SPI, I2C interface, two timers/counters (8-bit and 16-bit), four PWM channels, an on-chip analog comparator, and a programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator.

Operating from 1.8V to 5.5V, the ATtiny2313A supports clock speeds up to 20 MHz at 4.5-5.5V, 10 MHz at 2.7-5.5V, and 4 MHz at 1.8-5.5V. It consumes only 190 µA in active mode at 1.8V/1MHz, 24 µA in idle mode, and 0.1 µA in power-down mode, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.

The microcontroller is housed in a 20-pin PDIP (0.300 inch) through-hole package and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It includes debugWIRE on-chip debugging, SPI in-system programming, and brown-out detection. The ATtiny2313A is suitable for a wide range of embedded control applications, including sensor interfaces, lighting control, motor control, and communication modules.
