The Microchip Technology ATTINY2313A-MU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller. It boasts an advanced RISC architecture with up to 20 MIPS throughput at 20 MHz. The device includes 2KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory with an endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles, and 128 bytes of in-system programmable EEPROM with an endurance of 100,000 write/erase cycles.
Key peripheral features include one 8-bit timer/counter, one 16-bit timer/counter with compare and capture modes, four PWM channels, an on-chip analog comparator, a programmable watchdog timer, a universal serial interface (USI), and a full-duplex USART.
