The Microchip Technology ATtiny20 is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller featuring 2KB of in-system programmable Flash memory and 128 bytes of internal SRAM. It supports clock speeds up to 12MHz at 4.5-5.5V, 8MHz at 2.7-5.5V, and 4MHz at 1.8-5.5V, making it adaptable to various power budgets.
This device integrates a 10-bit ADC with 8 single-ended channels, two timer/counters with PWM support, and serial interfaces including I²C (slave TWI) and SPI. On-chip peripherals include brown-out detection, power-on reset, a programmable watchdog timer, and an internal calibrated oscillator, reducing external component requirements.
