The ATTINY13V-10SSUR is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features 1KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory, 64 bytes of SRAM, and 64 bytes of EEPROM with high endurance (10,000 write/erase cycles for Flash, 100,000 for EEPROM). The device operates at a maximum speed of 10 MHz when powered from 2.7V to 5.5V, and up to 4 MHz at 1.8V to 5.5V.
Peripheral features include one 8-bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, a 4-channel 10-bit ADC with internal voltage reference, a programmable watchdog timer, and an on-chip analog comparator.
