It includes a guaranteed unique 72-bit serial number and an internal, high-quality Random Number Generator (RNG). For data and key storage, it provides 4.5 kb of EEPROM and 512 bits of One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory for fixed information.

 

Connectivity is offered through multiple I/O options, including a UART-compatible High-Speed, Single-Wire Interface and a 1 MHz I2C Interface. The operating supply voltage range is 2.0V to 5.5V, with a communications voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. It features a low sleep current of less than 150 nA.
