Microchip Technology ATSAMV71N20B-AAB is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M7 core, operating at up to 300MHz. It features 1MB of Flash program memory and 384KB of SRAM, providing ample storage and processing capability for complex embedded applications.
The device includes a rich set of connectivity options: CANbus, Ethernet, I²C, IrDA, LINbus, MMC/SD/SDIO, QSPI, SPI, SSC, UART/USART, and USB. On-chip peripherals include brown-out detect/reset, DMA, I²S, POR, PWM, and watchdog timer. Data conversion is handled by 10-channel 12-bit ADC and 2-channel 12-bit DAC.
The microcontroller operates from a 3.0V to 3.6V supply and is rated for an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It is offered in a 100-lead LQFP package (14x14mm) with surface mount mounting. The internal oscillator eliminates the need for external clock components in many designs.
