The ATSAMV70N20B-AAB is a 32-bit single-core microcontroller from Microchip Technology based on the ARM Cortex-M7 processor. It features 1MB of Flash program memory and 384KB of RAM, operating at a maximum speed of 300MHz. The device includes a wide range of peripherals such as brown-out detect/reset, DMA, I²S, POR, PWM, and watchdog timer. Connectivity options include CANbus, I²C, IrDA, LINbus, MMC/SD/SDIO, QSPI, SPI, SSC, UART/USART, and USB. It also features 10-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 2-channel 12-bit D/A converter. With 75 I/O pins, it is suitable for complex embedded applications. The microcontroller is supplied in a 100-LQFP package with a 14x14mm body, surface mount mounting. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and requires a supply voltage of 3V to 3.6V. The internal oscillator eliminates the need for external clock components in many designs.
