The ATSAMD20J18A-AU is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core, operating at up to 48 MHz. It is part of Microchip Technology's SAM D20 family and is designed for embedded applications requiring a balance of performance, power efficiency, and peripheral integration.
This device includes 256KB of Flash program memory and 32KB of SRAM. It offers a rich set of peripherals: brown-out detect, power-on reset, watchdog timer, and an internal oscillator. Connectivity options include I²C, SPI, and UART/USART interfaces. For analog conversion, it features a 20-channel 12-bit ADC and a 1-channel 10-bit DAC. With 52 general-purpose I/O pins, it provides ample flexibility for interfacing with external components.
The microcontroller is housed in a 64-LQFP package with a 10x10 mm body and is designed for surface-mount assembly. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and supports a supply voltage from 1.62V to 3.6V, making it suitable for industrial and consumer environments.
