The ATSAMD10D14A-SSUT is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ processor, part of Microchip's SAM D10 series. It operates at up to 48 MHz and provides 16KB of Flash program memory and 4KB of SRAM. The device includes a 12-bit ADC with 8 channels, a 10-bit DAC, and multiple serial communication modules (SERCOM) that can be configured for I2C, SPI, UART/USART, and LIN bus. Peripherals include DMA, brown-out detect, programmable watchdog timer, and an event system for inter-peripheral signaling. The microcontroller is designed for low-power applications and features an internal oscillator, voltage range of 1.62V to 3.63V, and operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The ATSAMD10D14A-SSUT is supplied in a 20-pin SOIC package with a 7.50mm body width, suitable for surface mount assembly. It offers 18 general-purpose I/O pins and is compatible with other SAM D series devices for easy migration to higher-end parts.
