The ATSAMD10D14A-MUT is a 32-bit microcontroller from Microchip Technology based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core. It runs at up to 48MHz and provides 16KB of in-system programmable Flash and 4KB of SRAM. The device supports an operating voltage range of 1.62V to 3.63V and is rated for -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for industrial and embedded control applications.
Built for low-power and flexible designs, the microcontroller includes six-channel DMA, an Event System for inter-peripheral signaling, and up to 22 programmable I/O pins. Communication options include I2C, LIN, SPI, and USART via Serial Communication Modules. For analog interfacing, it offers a 10-channel 12-bit ADC and a 10-bit DAC. Timer resources include two 16-bit timer/counters and one 24-bit timer/counter for control, plus a watchdog timer.
The SAM D10 series supports capacitive touch button, slider, and wheel user interfaces, and is designed for simple migration within the SAM D family. The SAM D10 devices share identical peripheral modules and a linear address map for code compatibility.
The device is supplied in a 24-VFQFN exposed pad package (24-QFN, 4x4mm) for surface-mount assembly. It is available in tape and reel packaging for automated production.
