The ATSAMD10D14A-MNT is a low-power microcontroller from Microchip's SAM D10 series, based on the 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor. It operates at up to 48MHz and provides 16KB of Flash memory and 4KB of SRAM.
It includes a 12-bit ADC with up to 10 channels, a 10-bit DAC, two analog comparators, and multiple serial communication modules (SERCOM) configurable as USART, UART, SPI, I2C, LIN, etc. It also features a DMA controller, Event System, and up to 22 GPIOs.
The device is housed in a 24-VFQFN exposed pad package (24-QFN 4x4mm) and supports surface mount assembly. It operates from 1.62V to 3.63V and over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
Suitable for industrial control, sensor interfaces, motor control, and capacitive touch applications. The SAM D10 series offers pin-compatible migration to larger devices.
