The ATSAM4SD32BA-MUR is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller from Microchip Technology. The core operates at up to 120 MHz and includes single-cycle multiply and hardware divide, enabling efficient DSP and control tasks. The device provides 2 MB of Flash program memory and 160 KB of SRAM for code and data storage.
It supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.62V to 3.6V, making it suitable for battery-powered and low-voltage applications.
