The ATMEGA808-XFR is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It integrates an 8KB flash program memory, 1KB SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM in a 28-pin SSOP package. The device runs at up to 20MHz with an internal oscillator and supports a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
This MCU includes 23 I/O lines and direct connectivity for I²C, SPI, and UART/USART. On-chip peripherals include brown-out detection, power-on reset, and watchdog timer. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
