The Atmel ATMEGA644-20AU is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller designed for high performance and low power consumption. It boasts an advanced RISC architecture with 131 powerful instructions, capable of executing most in a single clock cycle, achieving up to 20 MIPS throughput at 20MHz.
This microcontroller offers 64 Kbytes of In-System Self-programmable Flash program memory, 2 Kbytes of EEPROM, and 4 Kbytes of Internal SRAM. It supports 10,000 Flash and 100,000 EEPROM write/erase cycles, with data retention of 20 years at 85°C or 100 years at 25°C.
