The ATMEGA328P-AU is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features 32KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory, 2KB internal SRAM, and 1KB EEPROM. The device operates at a maximum frequency of 20MHz, achieving up to 20 MIPS throughput.
