The ATMEGA16A-MU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features 16KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory, 1KB of internal SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM with high endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles for Flash and 100,000 cycles for EEPROM.
