The ATF750CL-15JI from Microchip Technology (formerly Atmel) is an advanced, high-speed, electrically-erasable programmable logic device (CPLD). It is a superset of the 22V10 and offers enhanced logic flexibility with 42 array inputs, 20 sum terms, and 20 flip-flops. This device features a maximum pin-to-pin delay of 15 ns at 5V operation and a standby current of 1 mA for the low-power 'L' option.
Designed for high-performance applications, the ATF750CL-15JI utilizes Atmel's proven electrically-erasable technology, making it reprogrammable and 100% tested. Each of the 22 logic pins can function as an input, with ten configurable as inputs, outputs, or bi-directional I/O pins. The CPLD supports D- or T-type flip-flops and offers advanced output logic flexibility, with all 20 flip-flops feeding back internally and 10 available as outputs.
This CPLD is available in a 24-SOIC surface mount package, suitable for various industrial and commercial applications. It provides 20-year data retention, 2000V ESD protection, and 1000 erase/write cycles. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
