The ATF2500C-20PU is a high-performance CMOS electrically-erasable programmable logic device (CPLD) from Microchip Technology. It features a fully connected logic array with 416 product terms and 24 flexible output macrocells, each containing two flip-flops for a total of 48 flip-flops. The device supports in-system programming and offers a maximum propagation delay of 20 ns.
With 24 I/O pins and a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, this CPLD is suitable for a wide range of combinatorial and sequential logic applications.
