The ATF22LV10CQZ-30XC is a high-performance CMOS electrically erasable programmable logic device (EE PLD) from Microchip Technology. It provides 10 macrocells with a propagation delay of 30 ns, operating from a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V. The device features zero standby power with a maximum standby current of 25 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.
This PLD employs Atmel's patented Input Transition Detection circuitry to automatically enter low-power mode when idle. It supports both commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
