The AT91SAM9G10-CU is a powerful 32-bit microcontroller from Microchip Technology, built around the ARM926EJ-S processor core. This processor includes features like DSP instruction extensions and ARM Jazelle technology for Java acceleration. It boasts 16 Kbyte of data cache and 16 Kbyte of instruction cache, along with a write buffer.
