The Atmel AT89S51-24JU is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the industry-standard 8051 architecture. It integrates 4K bytes of In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash memory, 128 bytes of internal RAM, 32 programmable I/O lines, two 16-bit timer/counters, a full duplex UART serial channel, and a watchdog timer. The device supports fully static operation from 0 Hz to 33 MHz, with a rated speed of 24 MHz.
Designed for embedded control applications, the AT89S51 provides flexible programming through ISP (byte and page mode) and includes power-saving idle and power-down modes.
