The AT89C51AC3-RLTUM is a high-performance Flash version of the 80C51 single-chip 8-bit microcontroller from Atmel. It offers a robust 80C51 core architecture, running at speeds up to 60MHz. This device features 64KB of on-chip Flash memory with a data retention of 10 years at 85°C and 100K read/write cycles. It also includes 2KB of on-chip EEPROM with 100K read/write cycles and 2048 bytes of on-chip ERAM.
