The AT49BV322AT-70TI is a 32-megabit (2M x 16 / 4M x 8) 3-volt only Flash Memory organized for single voltage read/write operations from 2.65V to 3.6V. It offers a fast access time of 70 ns and a fast word program time of 12 µs.
This memory device features a sector erase architecture with seventy-one sectors, including sixty-three 32K Word sectors and eight 4K Word sectors, each with individual write lockout. It supports suspend/resume features for erase and program operations, allowing reading and programming from different sectors during these processes. The device consumes low power, with 12 mA active current and 13 µA standby current.
Available in TSOP and CBGA packages, the AT49BV322A(T) is designed for in-system programming. It includes a VPP pin for write protection and a RESET input for device initialization. The memory also supports sector lockdown and has a 128-bit protection register. It meets minimum 100,000 erase cycles and is offered with green (Pb/Halide-free) packaging options.
