The AT45DB021B-RI is a 2Mbit serial interface Flash memory from Microchip Technology, designed for digital voice, image, program code, and data storage applications. It operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply and supports SPI compatible interface modes 0 and 3, with a maximum clock frequency of 20 MHz.
This Flash memory is organized into 1024 pages, each containing 264 bytes, for a total of 2,162,688 bits. It includes two 264-byte SRAM data buffers that allow data reception while reprogramming the main memory, enabling continuous read capabilities ideal for code shadowing.
