The AT42QT1040-MMHR is a four-key QTouch capacitive touch sensor IC from Microchip Technology. It features patented spread-spectrum charge-transfer technology in direct mode, providing robust touch detection with adjacent key suppression (AKS). The device offers discrete outputs for each key and includes a debug mode for observing sensor signals.
This sensor IC operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and draws a typical supply current of 10mA.
