The AT32UC3B0512-Z2UT is a high-performance, low-power 32-bit AVR microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features a compact single-cycle RISC instruction set including DSP instructions, delivering up to 83 DMIPS at 60MHz from Flash. The device integrates 512KB of Flash memory with single-cycle access up to 30MHz and a prefetch buffer for optimized instruction execution, along with 96KB of SRAM.
