The Microchip Technology AT29C040A-90TU is a 4-megabit, in-system, Flash Programmable and Erasable Read-Only Memory (PEROM). Organized as 512K words by 8 bits, this device utilizes advanced nonvolatile CMOS EEPROM technology.
