The Microchip Technology AT28C64B-15SU is a high-performance, 64Kbit electrically-erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM). Organized as 8,192 words by 8 bits, this device offers fast read access times of 150 ns.
Manufactured using advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, the AT28C64B-15SU operates with a single 5V ±10% supply and features low power dissipation. It supports automatic page write operations with internal address and data latches for up to 64 bytes, and includes hardware and software data protection mechanisms. The device also offers DATA Polling and Toggle Bit for end-of-write detection.
This EEPROM is designed for reliability with high endurance (100,000 cycles) and data retention (10 years). It is compatible with CMOS and TTL inputs and outputs and adheres to the JEDEC approved byte-wide pinout. The AT28C64B-15SU is available in a 28-SOIC surface mount package, suitable for industrial temperature ranges.
