AT28BV256-20TU

The AT28BV256-20TU is a high-performance, 256Kbit electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) from Microchip Technology. Organized as 32,768 words by 8 bits, it is manufactured using advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology.

This device features a fast read access time of 200 ns and a page write cycle time of 10 ms, allowing for efficient data operations. It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V. The EEPROM supports automatic page write operations with internal address and data latches for up to 64 bytes, and an internal control timer.

Designed for reliability, the AT28BV256-20TU boasts an endurance of 10,000 cycles and data retention for 10 years. It includes hardware and software data protection features, and data polling for end-of-write detection. The device is available in a 28-TSOP package and is suitable for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C).
