The Microchip Technology AT27C010-45PI is a high-performance, low-power 1,048,576-bit one-time programmable read-only memory (OTP EPROM) organized as 128K by 8 bits. It requires a single 5V power supply for normal read mode operation, with any byte accessible in less than 45 ns, eliminating the need for speed-reducing WAIT states in high-performance microprocessor systems.
This device offers a fast read access time of 45 ns. It operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
