The Microchip Technology AT25320B-XHL-T is a 32,768-bit (32Kbit) Serial Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 4,096 words of 8 bits each. It is designed for low-power and low-voltage industrial and commercial applications.
This device is compatible with the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and supports SPI Modes 0 and 3. It operates over a voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can achieve a clock rate of up to 20MHz.
