The MACOM Technology Solutions AT-110TR is a GaAs MMIC voltage variable absorptive attenuator designed for applications requiring linear attenuation fine-tuning and low power consumption. It provides 30 dB of voltage-variable attenuation across a frequency range of 0.5 to 2.0 GHz.
This attenuator features single positive voltage control from 0 to +5 Volts and offers ±2 dB linearity from BSL.
