The Abracon ASVMB-25.000MHZ-LY-T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator providing a 25MHz LVCMOS output. It features a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.3V and a tight frequency stability of ±10ppm over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Typical supply current is 16mA, with a maximum of 15mA under no-load conditions. The device offers a standby (power down) function with a typical disable stand-by current of 15µA and a startup time of 1.5ms typical (3.0ms max).

 

Electrical characteristics include output symmetry of 45% to 55% at 1/2Vdd, fast rise and fall times (1.8ns and 1.0ns typ with 15pF load), and low jitter performance: 60ps cycle-to-cycle and 10ps RMS period jitter. Aging is ±5.0ppm over the first year. The oscillator is supplied in a surface-mount 4-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm x 0.85mm.

 

RoHS3 compliant and MSL Level 1, this oscillator is suitable for a variety of applications including portable electronics, consumer electronics, computers and peripherals, industrial equipment in harsh environments, and demanding military and automotive electronics.
