The Abracon ASV-125.000MHZ-EC-T is a 125 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator with a crystal base resonator and HCMOS output. It operates from a 2.97V to 3.63V supply (3.3V nominal) and delivers a 125 MHz clock signal with ±50ppm overall frequency stability over the -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range.
This oscillator features 15 pF output load capability, 40% to 60% symmetry, fast rise and fall times of 1.5ns to 4ns, and a typical period jitter of 2.9ps RMS. The supply current is 27.2mA typical with a 65mA maximum. It includes a tri-state enable/disable function and offers start-up time of 5ms maximum.
The device is housed in a 7.0mm x 5.08mm x 1.8mm surface-mount 4-SMD no-lead package. It is suitable for clock signaling in microprocessor, motherboard, and graphics card applications.
