The ASTX-H11-16.000MHZ-T is a temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) from Abracon LLC, part of the ASTX-H11 series. It operates at 16 MHz with HCMOS output logic and a supply voltage of 3.3V. Frequency stability is ±2.5ppm over the operating temperature range of -30°C to +75°C, with additional stability of ±0.2ppm against supply voltage and load variations. Typical supply current is 4.8mA. The oscillator features an enable/disable tri-state function, rise/fall time of 5ns max, and duty cycle of 45/55%.
This TCXO is designed for applications requiring precise frequency control, such as cellular and cordless phones, mobile communication equipment, portable radio devices, and other portable electronics.
