This MEMS oscillator from Abracon (part series ASTMTXK) provides a precision 32.768 kHz output frequency with LVCMOS logic levels. It features a wide supply voltage range of 1.5V to 3.63V and draws a maximum core current of 1.52 µA (no load). Frequency stability is rated at ±10 ppm maximum over the full operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The device includes internal power supply filtering, eliminating the need for an external bypass capacitor on the Vdd port. It is housed in a miniature 4-pin UFBGA/CSPBGA package measuring 1.54 x 0.84 x 0.60 mm, designed for surface mount assembly. The package is rated MSL Level 1 (unlimited floor life).
