The Abracon ASTMHTD-25.000MHZ-AK-E-T3 is a high-temperature programmable MEMS oscillator in the ASTMHT series. It delivers a nominal 25 MHz output with LVCMOS logic levels and a frequency stability of ±30ppm. The device operates from a supply voltage range of 2.25V to 3.63V and features an Enable/Disable function for power management.
Designed for extended temperature environments, this oscillator is specified for -40°C to 125°C operation. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 20 MHz (1.8V, no load) and 4.9 mA at 125 MHz (1.8V, no load). The output load is rated at 15 pF.
The oscillator is housed in a compact 2.5mm x 2.0mm x 0.75mm 4-SMD, No Lead package suitable for surface mount assembly. It is RoHS3 compliant and rated MSL 1 (unlimited).
