The METZ CONNECT AST0250304 is a 3-position wire-to-board terminal block with a 5.00mm pitch, part of the ST025 series. It features a screwless spring cage (tension clamp) wire termination with a lever actuator for easy tool-less operation. The mating orientation is horizontal with the board (side entry).

 

Rated for 12A (IEC) or 13A (UL) at 300V UL / 250V IEC, it accepts wire from 14 to 28 AWG. The housing is made of gray polyamide (PA) with a V0 flammability rating and a CTI of 600. The contact material is CuSn with a Ni+Sn surface.

 

It has a solder pin length of 5mm, a strip length of 6mm, and requires a 4mm clearance/creepage distance. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C. It is IP20 rated and passes the glow wire flammability test at 850°C (GWFI).
