The ASP0460322 is a 3-position pluggable terminal block from METZ CONNECT, part of the ASP046 series. It uses a spring clamp (screwless) termination with a tension clamp mechanism, designed for 5.08mm pitch. The plug accepts wire gauges from 28 AWG to 16 AWG (0.08 mm² to 1.5 mm²) and is rated for 10A continuous current with a UL voltage rating of 300V. IEC ratings are 32V (overvoltage category III, pollution degree 3) and 200V (overvoltage category II, pollution degree 2).
The housing is made of PA46 insulating material with V0 flammability rating, and contacts are CuSn with Sn surface. The plug features a lever actuated design and retention latches on the non-wire side. It is IP20 rated and intended for free hanging (in-line) mounting. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. The plug is UL approved (File E121004) and is available in 2 to 24 pole versions.
