The Samtec ASP-134602-01 is a SEARAY series high-speed high-density open-pin-field array connector. It features 400 male pins arranged in 10 rows at a 1.27mm (0.050") pitch, designed for surface mount soldering. The connector uses the Edge Rate contact system, supporting data rates up to 56 Gbps PAM4 and rated for 2.7A per pin with a voltage rating of 240 VAC / 339 VDC. It is Extended Life Product certified for 5,000 mating cycles and operates up to 150°C with SureCoat plating. The housing is made of LCP UL 94 V0 black material, and contacts are copper alloy with lead-free solder charge termination. The connector includes a K-Dot polarization indicator and complies with IPC-A-610F and IPC J-STD-001F Class 3 standards. It is packaged in tape and reel with 225 parts per reel. This connector is suitable for mezzanine board-to-board applications requiring high density and high-speed signal integrity.
